Excessive sediment compromises depth and quality of a waterbody.  It compromises the pump that moves the water.  When the sediment reaches the intake for the pump the pump starts pulling in sand and debris along with the water.  The sand is abrasive against the impeller and piping causing many problems.  Dredging is a natural solution to the problem.

Dredging is the most environmentally friendly way to get the silt and debris out of the pond without losing all of your water.  Instead of draining the pond, losing the aquatic life and the water, time for the sediment to dry prior to removal, we use specialized dredging equipment to suck up the sediment and pipe it off to either environmentally friendly filter bags or to drainage disposal destination where we let the sediment settle and return the water to the lake or pond.  Saving you time and money in the process.
