Above & Below Construction can install both options to meet our customers unique requirements.  Liners can be more cost effective if the need to remove silt upon buildup occurs.  Disturbing the clay layer can cause potential leakage making dredging a clay pond more expensive. Whereas liners can be covered in cement to protect the integrity of the liner.

This is not a simple answer.  Which is why we offer free estimates.  Factors such as the material being removed and the type of dredging required ( excavator/ pump dredge) and the ease of access to the site can all alter the cost.

Yes!  We have several options in detecting leaks.  We have divers and underwater drones that can camera the bottom  of your pond.  We have the ability to do air, smoke and pressure testing of pipes.  And the experience to repair the problems we find.

Yes!  Above and Below Construction works with water testing companies to determine the makeup of your water and will report back with what is lacking or what might be out of balance so that corrections can be made to bring your water feature back to it's full potential.
