Dredging can improve water quality by removing nutrient rich sediment that algae feeds on those nutrients.  Chemicals can also be added to keep the algae in check.  Every body of water  has individual needs based on water volume, surrounding vegetation on the property, wildlife that exists in and around the water.  We take all that into consideration and create a plan that works best for your pond maintenance plan.

Pond repair includes the pump that keep your water moving.  When they go down and need to be repaired Above & Below Construction can send in divers to go in and disconnect the pump and bring it to the surface for repair.  After we repair the pump our divers will return and reinstall the pump to get your water moving as quickly as possible.

Whether you are losing water from the pond, pipes or waterway, we can run down the leak and determine the best way to make the repair.

We can test with air pressure, water pressure, smoke testing and cameras or underwater ROV's.  We have cold water gear so that repairs can be found regardless of the time of year.  

Pond maintenance includes keeping the grates clean and free of debris.  These grates keep the water flowing which will keep your pump working.  Our specialists can inspect, clean and repair or even replace the grates when necessary.
