Eco Friendly Dredging that is cost effective
Dredging ponds to remove silt and maintain water storage capacity can be the first step in your pond maintenance plan. We can dredge to filter bags up to 1000 feet away from your pond or right next to it allowing the cleaned water to drain back into your pond. Filter bags are made of a woven material that allow the silt to be trapped while returning the water to your pond.
We also have the ability to pump silt filled water to catch basin up to 1,000 feet away. We allow the silt to settle out and then return the clean water to the pond.
Cleaning out golf course wet well
Keeping your pumps running is an important step in your pond maintenance plan. Our divers can go into the small spaces of wet wells to remove silt and aquatic life to keep pumps running and keeping your pond repair bills down. We can, at the same time, inspect the grates and screens inside the wet well to be sure that they are still installed and working properly.
Waterway Repairs
Our pond maintenance plans include the water ways. Concrete waterways can get stained and cracked. After removing silt and debris, we power wash and clean the waterways before sealing up cracks and repainting with quality sealants that will make your waterways look fresh. Grate Cleaning
Keeping grates clean will increase the life span of your pumps. Our divers can go in and clean the grate of debris and pond scum that accumulates on the face of the screen.
Pump replacement
When pumps go down and need to be repaired or replaced, our divers can disconnect and reconnect pumps underwater without the need to drain the pond.
Fountains and Aeration
We are an authorized dealer for Airmax. We sell, service and install fountains in your pond. Whether it is a new fountains, replace existing fountains, and do repairs on fountains Above and Below Construction has you covered.
Replacement liners
The first defense in water retention is the liner. Liners can be damaged by wildlife, debris etc. We recommend concrete over the liner to ensure that the liner will not be damaged and leak.
